    What happens once SOLCOM receives my application?

Our internal procedures are not intended to be an opaque black box for you. This is where you can find out what happens internally in SOLCOM after your application has been received.

The moment we have your documentation our HR Department will send you an acknowledgement of receipt. At the same time a personnel officer checks your application against the post you have applied for.

If your profile conforms to our position requirements we will promptly contact you by phone so that we can gain a first personal impression of you in the context of a telephone interview. You will, of course, also have the chance to ask us any questions at this time.

At the end of the telephone interview we will decide whether we shall invite you to a personal discussion with those responsible in the department in question. We will then find a day and time that suit you.

If your application does not fit what we are looking for in this position we shall compare your CV/resumé with other internal posts in order to check whether we can let you know of any other assignments with us. You will receive feedback whatever happens.
