9. Subsidiary agreements, place of jurisdiction, applicable
law
Subsidiary agreement must be in written form. The place of jurisdiction, if the
user is a business person in terms of the commercial code, is Stuttgart. German
law is applicable, to the exclusion of the Uniform Law on the International Sale
of Goods.
