Google Plus plug-Ins
Our website uses the “+1” button of the Google social networking service, operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”). The button can be identified by the “+1” sign on a white or coloured background. When you select one of our website pages including such a button your browser creates a direct link to the Google servers. The content of the “+1” button is transmitted direct to your browser, which integrates it in the website. For this reason we have no influence on the scope of the data collected by Google through the use of this button, although we presume that your IP address is also collected. The place of jurisdiction, if the user is a business person in terms of the commercial code, is Stuttgart. German law is applicable, to the exclusion of the Uniform Law on the International Sale of Goods.
