Beschreibung

We are currently looking for a Junior Robustness Test Automation Engineer for an exciting customer project.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Objective
Support high-volume stress and robustness validation of HPC on SIL/HIL test benches, focusing on:
+ Large-scale test execution
+ Automation of regression campaigns
+ Fast failure detection and reporting
+ Bench utilization optimization

Scope of Work
+ Create test cases for robustness and stress testing
+ Execute robustness, stress, endurance and regression testing
+ Run test campaigns on HIL/SIL benches and vehicles Develop and maintain automated test scripts
+ Integrate test cases into CI/CD pipelines
+ Perform first-level failure analysis and log evaluation Support bench setup, commissioning, and troubleshooting
+ Execute ad-hoc tests with short turnaround times

Deliverables:
+ Create and executed test runs with traceable results
+ Automated test scripts and pipelines
+ Test reports incl. KPIs (pass/fail, coverage, performance)
+ Defect tickets with logs and clear reproduction steps
+ Bench status and execution metrics. Bench setup, commissioning, and troubleshooting


Anforderungen

Core Validation
+ Automotive E/E systems (HPC, Zonal ECU concepts)
+ SIL / HIL testing experience
+ Test execution, analysis and reporting

Toolchain
+ ECU-TEST / TestGuide
+ Vector CANoe (incl. CAPL scripting)
+ Robot Framework
+ Bus analysis: CAN / LIN / Ethernet

Automation & DevOps
+ CI/CD (Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab CI or similar)
+ Test automation scripting (Python, CAPL, ECU-Test)
+ Regression campaign automation
+ Test reporting pipelines

Debugging
+ Log analysis (system logs, bus traces, performance logs)
+ Issue isolation and reproducibility
+ Basic SW/HW interaction understanding

Bench Management
+ HIL bench bring-up
+ Flashing infrastructure
+ Bench monitoring
+ Hardware troubleshooting
+ Bench health management
+ Test environment maintenance

Data & Reporting
+ SQL knowledge
+ Databricks experience (preferred)
+ Dashboard creation
+ Data-driven reporting

Domain Knowledge
+ AUTOSAR (Classic / Adaptive)
+ SOME/IP, Ethernet communication
+ Diagnostics (UDS)
