We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) for an exciting client project.
Workload: 900 hours total project volume
Work location: 100% remote

Responsibilities:

• Job advertisement management
• Sourcing & market analysis
• Candidate screening & profile handling
• Process coordination & documentation
• Candidate sourcing reports
• Pre-selection evaluation reports for candidate shortlists
• Qualified candidate profiles/dossiers
• Talent market maps and database extracts
• Recruiting pipeline and effectiveness reports
• Final recruitment project documentation

Anforderungen:

Must-haves:

• Organization and planning >5 Jahre
• Recruiting process 3 - 5 Jahre
• Active Sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter 3 - 5 Jahre
• Communication with stakeholders 3 - 5 Jahre
• MS Office 365 3 - 5 Jahre
• Applicant Tracking Systems 3 - 5 Jahre
• Language skills: Business-level English
• Prefer candidates from Portugal

Nice to have:

• Chemical Industry (advantage, not a hard requirement)
• German language skills
